Bobsled — Staff Software Engineer (Jun 2024 – Present)

Tech lead on the AI team, owning larger projects from spec through to production.

Bobsled Agent (built on Dogsled, our agent harness for data products): chat, artifacts, memory and reusable skills; human-in-the-loop approvals for agent actions; automated per-provider setup and MCP access to Bobsled.

AI analytics product (natural-language-to-SQL): tech lead for Data Apps, an interactive BI product with AI-generated dashboards; built the Python agent backend on LangGraph and cross-source analytics with DuckDB; grew it into an agent platform with an MCP server, custom agents and scheduled workflows.

Core data platform (Sledhouse): led the OCI Spark engine project on Oracle Data Flow, moved mounts onto regional jobs, built a lineage graph, and built source connectors and ingestion across the multi-cloud data plane.

Cross-cloud data-sharing platform: source connectors and ingestion (XML, latest-file overwrite, SFTP), control-plane services, and SOC 2 continuous monitoring.

Sign-up lists for pickup football: one link for sign-ups, waitlist, team draws, payments and man-of-the-match voting, no account needed. React 19, Vercel, Upstash Redis; native SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose apps on the way.

An iPhone companion for Poland's average-speed sections: spoken alerts, an estimated average, Live Activity, Dynamic Island and CarPlay. Offline, no ads, no account. Swift, SwiftUI, Core Location, ActivityKit, plus a Python data pipeline.
